Halo Hartume is a natural processed JARC Selections varietal from Gedeb, Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. It tastes like baked peaches and milk chocolate. It was produced by Mijane Woresa and his son, Daniel. Mijane has been working in coffee for the past 30 years. Recently he started an export company with his sons to help sell more coffee from their local washing stations - one of which is Halo Hartume. They take great care to ensure the coffee is processed with attention to detail. Woresa is purposefully investing back in his community through his export business. He wants to make it easier for smaller producers to sell their coffee as well.
