Customer Orders

We prepare orders for shipment every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Shipping timelines (for example, 1 business day) are applied to packages once received by the carrier. Shipping times do not include the processing time at our facility. Please expect 2-3 business days for your order to process before being shipped.

Orders placed before Noon Central Monday will be processed on Wednesday.  Orders placed before Noon Central Wednesday will be processed Friday.  Orders placed before Noon Central Friday will be processed Monday.

Yes! If your cart total gets above $75, you’ll automatically be offered free shipping during checkout.

Sure thing! Each coffee has a whole bean or ground variant on the product page. Just choose ground and add a note in your cart describing which setting you’d like us to grind it on, or mention the brew method you plan on using. 

Nope! But you do get free shipping on orders over $75 or if you have a coffee subscription!

Sure!  Choose "Local Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout.  You'll get an order notification when it's ready.  Our address is 2910 Old Franklin Rd, Antioch, TN 37013.

Roastery Bulk Wholesale Orders

We prepare orders for shipment or delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays. Regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout, orders do not get processed until Tuesday and Friday. If you choose 1 day shipping, that is how quickly it will get to you from the shipment date. Orders placed before Noon Central Tuesday will be processed on Friday. Orders placed before Noon Central Friday will be processed Tuesday. If you need an expedited order please choose "Expedited Shipping" when checking for $35 and this will notify our team to reach out to you for more details.

Wholesale customers can choose expedited shipping for an additional $35, and our team will get in touch to coordinate a faster delivery time. 

Our shipping is based on weight and location. It will auto calculate your options when you go to checkout and enter your address. Wholesale orders over 100 lbs qualify for free shipping.
