Customer Orders

We prepare orders for shipment on Wednesdays and Fridays. Regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout, orders do not get processed until Wednesday and Friday. If you choose 1 day shipping, that is how quickly it will get to you from the shipment date.

  • Orders placed before 4PM Central Sunday will be processed on Wednesday. 
  • Orders placed before 4PM Central Wednesday will be processed on Friday.

Yes! If your cart total gets above $50, you’ll automatically be offered free shipping during checkout.

Yes! Please remove the tin tie and stickers before composting to ensure it’s ready to breakdown properly. 

Sure thing! Each coffee has a whole bean or ground variant on the product page. Just choose ground and add in the notes at checkout which setting you’d like us to grind it on, or mention the brew method you plan on using. 

Roastery Bulk Wholesale Orders

No. Wholesale orders do not have an order minimum, though we do only offer cases of certain products that are meant for resale, like 12oz retail bags of coffee, which come in a case of 6.

As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet you can edit your order. You’ll need to email us at hello@goodcitizen-coffee.com so we can help you out with that.

Wholesale customers can choose expedited shipping for an additional $35. If you choose this, our team will get in touch to coordinate early delivery. You can also reach out to hello@goodcitizen-coffee.com and we'll help you coordinate.

Our shipping is based on weight and location. It will auto calculate your options when you go to checkout and enter your address. Wholesale orders over 50LB qualify for free shipping.

Sure! There’s an option at checkout to choose “Local Pickup”. You’ll get an email notification when it’s ready. We’re at the roastery from 9-5 Monday - Friday.
